Refund Policy

This page explains when you can get your money back, and how to ask. It applies to everything sold by askchat.studio.

One-time services

An AI Visibility Audit and a Citation Engineering setup are prepared individually for your business. You can request a refund at any point before we deliver the finished work, and we return the full amount.

Once the audit report or the setup deliverables have reached you, the work is complete and the fee is non-refundable, because the research has already been produced for your business specifically.

Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge; the month already paid for runs to its end and is not refunded.

If something went wrong

Write to [email protected] and describe what happened. We read every message ourselves and answer in good faith, usually the same day. If we got something wrong on our side, we redo the work or return the payment.

Payment platform rules

Purchases are processed by lava.top. Their own buyer protection rules apply in addition to this page, and where the platform grants you a wider right than we do, the platform rule wins.
